Spinach Paneer Momos

    Preparation

    1. Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat
    2. Add ginger, garlic and red onion
      Stir-fry on medium heat for 1 minute
    3. Add tomatoes, masala, turmeric, chili powder
      Mix well and stir-fry for 2 minutes
    4. Add water
      Bring to boil
      Simmer for 5 minutes
    5. Add pepper, salt, soy sauce and vinegar
      Mix well
