Ingredients (24 piece)
- spinach (2 cup) : parboiled and chopped
- paneer (2 cup) : grated
- salt (0.5 ts)
- melted butter (0.25 cup)
For Dipping Sauce
- vegetable oil (0.25 cup)
- ginger (0.5 Ts) : minced
- garlic (0.5 Ts) : minced
- onion (0.5 cup) : ground
- masala (1 ts)
- tomato (2 cup) : chopped
- turmeric powder (0.2 ts)
- chili powder (0.5 ts)
- water (2 cup)
- black pepper (0.25 ts)
- salt (1 ts)
- soy sauce (1 Ts)
- vinegar (2 Ts)
Preparation
- Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat
- Add ginger, garlic and red onion
Stir-fry on medium heat for 1 minute - Add tomatoes, masala, turmeric, chili powder
Mix well and stir-fry for 2 minutes - Add water
Bring to boil
Simmer for 5 minutes - Add pepper, salt, soy sauce and vinegar
Mix well
