The restaurant was launched in April 2015, nestled in a quaint corner of central Kathmandu. This unique eatery redefined dining experiences, featuring an interactive setup where orders were taken, meals were cooked, and dishes were served over the bar, fostering a dynamic connection between customers and the skilled cooks trained to commercial cooking standards. Unfortunately, the venture faced an untimely closure due to an accident involving Chef Jade, prompting the cessation of business operations.
