Korean Spicy Chicken Stew

    1. Roast chicken
    2. Add sugar and soy sauce and stir fry
    3. Add potato, carrot
    4. Add chilli powder, cooking wine, garlic, Gochujang and water
    5. On medium fire, boil for 15 minutes with lid
    6. Add Ajinomoto, Oyster sauce, scallion, onion
