Veggie Kimbab (1 roll per person)
- Japonica rice
> mix with salt, sesame seeds & sesame oil - cucumber
> string cut : 2-3mm thick & 4-5cm long
> salt 1 : sugar 2 : lemon juice 3 - radish
> string cut : 2-3mm thick & 4-5cm long
> salt 1 : sugar 2 : lemon juice 3 + turmeric powder - shiitake mushroom
> string cut : 5-6mm thick
> soy-sauce, sugar, water
> simmered on wide pan - burdock
> string cut : 2-3mm thick & 5-7cm long
> soy-sauce, sugar, water
> simmered on wide pan - carrot
> string cut : 2-3mm thick & 4-5cm long
> stir fry on wide pan with veg. oil and salt - avocado
> finger size cut
> sprinkle with salt and lemon juice
* Serve with soy sauce
