Ingredients
- Beef meat 600 gram
- Pear 1/4 piece
- Onion 1/2 piece
- Jaggery 150 ml
- Cooking wine 2 Ts
- Sesame oil 2 Ts
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Ajinomoto 1 ts
- Water 800 ml
Marination : in a mixing bowl or tray, add onion, dangmyen, seasoned meat, garlic, striped scallion, sauce and keep in refrigerator for 10 hours
