Bulgogi

    Ingredients

    • Beef meat 600 gram
    • Pear 1/4 piece
    • Onion 1/2 piece
    • Jaggery 150 ml
    • Cooking wine 2 Ts
    • Sesame oil 2 Ts
    • Black pepper 1 pinch
    • Ajinomoto 1 ts
    • Water 800 ml

    Marination : in a mixing bowl or tray, add onion, dangmyen, seasoned meat, garlic, striped scallion, sauce and keep in refrigerator for 10 hours
